1. General Terms
1.1. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1.2. The online store Rebar.lv reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when they are published on our website.
2. Product Orders and Payment
2.1. Products can be ordered using the Rebar.lv online store platform.
2.2. The buyer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information about themselves, including the delivery address, contact information, and payment details.
2.3. Payments for ordered products are made by:
- Credit or debit cards;
- Internet banking payments;
- Other types of payments indicated on the store platform.
2.4. The order is processed only after full payment for the products has been made.
3. Delivery
3.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the buyer at the time of ordering.
3.2. Delivery costs and terms are indicated at the time of ordering and may vary depending on the type of delivery and the buyer's location.
3.3. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics disruptions, force majeure), about which the buyer will be informed.
3.4. The planned delivery of the order may take up to 14 calendar days.
3.5. Delivery is carried out via Omniva or other carriers.
4. Return and Exchange Policy
4.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
4.2. To return a product, the buyer must fill out a return request and send it to the email [email protected]
4.3. Return costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the product is damaged or does not match the ordered specification.
4.4. Money for returned products will be refunded within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product.
5. Warranty and Claims
5.1. All products are provided with a manufacturer's warranty, if such is provided.
5.2. If defects are found in the product, the buyer has the right to submit a claim by writing to [email protected] and attaching a description of the problem, proof of purchase, and photos (if necessary).
6. Liability
6.1. SIA Trio Services is not responsible for losses incurred by the buyer due to providing insufficient information or non-compliance with the Terms.
6.2. SIA Trio Services is not responsible for disruptions caused by third parties that may affect the operation of the online store (e.g., technical problems, cyberattacks, etc.).
